What Mountains looks like
Grey cliffs and rocky peaks.
Reaching Mountains is a big jump: the very first animal you usually catch here, the Llama ($200M/s), already earns about 3.2x a plain Seal, the best animal of Ocean.

Best food for Mountains
Recommended: Mushroom, Bacon. Food does not change how far you throw – Throw Power does – but a higher-tier food rolls rarer animals, mutations and sizes once you land here.

Tips for Mountains
- A single 100x Super Lucky Throw in the Mountains can produce a billion-per-second animal very early – it is one of the best places to spend your first cheap luck purchase.
- Hunting the Griffin: land on the far edge of Mountains with your best food and save lucky throws for it. If you are already past Mountains, turn throw strength down with the gear icon.
- Move on once your throws reach Taiga (1,000 – 1,250 power) – even its commonest animal beats almost everything here.
