What the Pear is for

The Pear is a tier 3 Rare food that costs $200,000. Food does not change how far you throw – that is Throw Power – but it decides how lucky the roll is once an animal arrives. I use the Pear for Desert, which needs about 350 – 500 Throw Power.

It shares tier 3 with Cheese. When the next tier is close, skip same-tier foods and save for it.

At $200,000 it costs about 10x the Orange ($20,000). Buy it once your throws already reach Desert – food bought before you can land there only improves rolls in zones you have already filled.
