Where to catch the Poltergeist

The Poltergeist lives in Phantom Harbor (zone 16 of 17), around the middle of the zone. It is number 3 of 6 in the Phantom Harbor index. A full-strength throw needs roughly 4,900 – 6,500 Throw Power to land in Phantom Harbor.

Foods that land here: Hot Cider, Golden Pumpkin, Ghost Strudel, Ghost Chowder ($18Ud), Calamari Rings, Phantom Lobster. A higher-tier food pushes the roll toward the rarer end of the Phantom Harbor list, so the newest food you own is always the best bait.
